鈥淚t鈥檚 a wonderful place and I鈥檓 proud to work and support so many people who live here via the work we do at 向日葵视频 New College.

鈥淟ast year, some of our learners wrote love letters to the county about why they love living here as part of 向日葵视频 Day – and this year it was a great honour to fly the flag for this wonderful county in one of the most iconic buildings in the world.鈥 Alan went on to add: 鈥淚t was a great occasion where Terry Baxter (chair of governors at 向日葵视频 New College) and Brendan Keaney (another governor at the college) joined me in celebrating the county. We met up with many friends of the college including Nigel Cann, Joint MD of Sizewell C.

Nigel was incredibly generous with his time where he helped advise three of our T Level Engineering learners, Maliki, Leo and Alex. He was able to give them great advice on their future careers. He also got to hear how Maliki and Alex met up with Sir Keir Starmer last week. It was wonderful to be part of this.鈥
