About Us

ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓÆµ New College offers a broad range of courses, apprenticeships and adult learning designed to build skills for real careers. With campuses in Ipswich, Leiston, Halesworth and Otley, the college serves communities across ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓÆµ, helping students gain confidence, experience and clear progression opportunities.

At ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓÆµ New College, we are dedicated to providing an ‘Outstanding Learner Experience’ that empowers all learners to broaden their horizons, aim high, and achieve their goals. Our ambitious curriculum not only meets the needs of learners but also supports employers and the wider community.

We offer a broad and varied curriculum, including vocational and technical courses, apprenticeships, and professional training.

Learner Experience

Learners benefit from exceptional experiences as part of their programmes. Recently, Performing Arts learners showcased their talents at the prestigious National Theatre, Sport students trained with former professional footballers, T Level students visited Westminster to discuss their qualifications with Ministers, Media students were extras in a Hollywood film, and Catering students worked with Michelin Star chefs.

We are proud to have been awarded Further Education Provider of the Year 2023 at the ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓÆµ Education Awards and to have won the Inenco Award for Education for Sustainable Development at the Association of Colleges Beacon Awards.

Additionally, our extensive Industry Partner Programme ensures that our learners are equipped with the skills and knowledge most relevant to the industry, thanks to the active involvement of our industry partners.

The College also has campuses at Otley (ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓÆµ Rural) and in Leiston & Halesworth.

ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓÆµ New College has a number of areas throughout the College available for hire. These include Classrooms, IT Rooms, Specialised Workshops, Chefs’ Whites Restaurant, the Atrium, Boardrooms & Ivan Howlett Film Theatre.
