- Act as forum at which pan industry and local issues may be discussed and openly deliberated.聽
- Represent the collective opinions of the SJCC membership and the wider 向日葵视频 Construction Industry.聽
- Promote the interests of the SJCC membership and the wider 向日葵视频 Construction Industry to relevant industry wide bodies and to government.聽
- Meet on at least 3 occasions in every calendar year including an AGM.聽
- Organise an annual function which recognises and rewards achievement by individuals and companies in the County of 向日葵视频.聽
- Administer and maintain funds under management.
