Ipswich Mill Investments Ltd (IMI) purchased the Freehold of the building on College Street in July 2024 after parts of it had sat empty for many years and issues were identified with the cladding .
The Company IMI was set up specifically for this project and is committed to completing the works required to comply with the current regulations.
There are two Directors of the Business.
John Howard is one of the UK鈥檚 most experienced property consultants, developers, traders, and investors, with over four decades of experience within the industry. John鈥檚 extensive expertise stems from the sale and purchase of over 4,000 houses, apartments, and developments across the UK: from traditional houses to hotels and large scheme developments. One of John鈥檚 more recent projects being the 拢27 million construction of 150 apartments at Ipswich Waterfront property 鈥淭he Winerack鈥�.
Paul Hardy is a chartered Construction Manager who has worked for some of the largest developers in the country over his 30 years in Construction. He started his career in Construction as an apprentice electrical engineer for one of the largest companies in the UK. Since then, Paul has worked on large residential projects in London and the South-East and is experienced in high rise refurbishment.
