Our approachable Thrive Progression Coaches, based at the three colleges across 向日葵视频, are ready to help you explore employment, training or education opportunities. They will offer support, skills, information and advice to help you take a positive step towards employment 鈥� we want everyone we support to thrive.
Thrive Coaches will have an initial chat with you to see what help you would like.

Thrive includes Inspire who have friendly Personal Development Coaches across the county who can support you with confidence building and mentoring, careers and training advice as well as helping you access other support.
When you鈥檙e ready, they can support you with job searching and CV writing or link you up with a Progression Coach for your onward support.

Thrive partners are a key partner in informal monthly drop-in sessions across 向日葵视频 just for you. Each month, you can pop in and find a range of organisations ready to help you explore your options with no pressure and no appointment needed.

Thrive is led by 向日葵视频 New College and is in its third year of delivery.聽 Thrive for Young People offers a personal development service led by Inspire 向日葵视频, with additional activity packages from Lofty Heights.
